Mr. Arunkumar has been associated with us for more than 2 years, he provides direct patient care under the supervision of a his senior, assisting with surgical procedures, pre- and post-operative care, and various clinical duties. This is an entry-level role intended for new graduates or early-career professionals who are gaining experience in surgical settings.

He Assist in the operating room by retracting tissue, suturing, and performing other technical functions under supervision.

Prepare patients for surgery, including draping and positioning

Ensure surgical equipment and tools are properly sterilized and set up

Write and update progress notes, orders, and discharge summaries

Perform wound care, dressing changes, and minor bedside procedures

Monitor patient progress and report findings to the surgical team

Support quality improvement initiatives within the surgical service
