She is responsible for coordinating and supervising the daily clinical operations within the department. This role combines leadership, administrative oversight, and direct patient care expertise to ensure high-quality surgical outcomes, staff efficiency, regulatory compliance, and optimal patient satisfaction. 

Oversee daily clinical functions in the CTVS unit, including pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care coordination

Develop and implement efficient workflows to improve patient care delivery and staff productivity

Supervise and schedule clinical staff

Support physicians and surgical teams in delivering patient-centered care

Monitor compliance with clinical protocols, infection control practices, and safety standards

Participate in complex case discussions, quality improvement rounds, and mortality/morbidity reviews

Act as a liaison between patients, families, and the multidisciplinary care team

Address patient concerns and follow up on post-operative issues as needed

Monitor clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction scores, and safety incidents

Collaborate with leadership to manage departmental budgets, staffing, and resource allocation.
